“Nature’s Kitchen” has its roots in Brussels where three longtime, college friends—Nicolas Steisel, Frédéric Rouvez, and Arnaud de Meeûs united their innovation to create healthy, upscale meals. They began their mission in 2001 when they opened their doors in Brussels. Since then, they have expanded throughout Europe, and now the United States, with fresh, healthy ingredients and vegetable-based signature dishes. EXKi’s name comes from the French term “exquis” which translates to “delicious food”. This is symbolic of EXKi’s quest to combine simplicity with exquisite taste.
